By accessing or using the Safer Insured agent recruitment portal at recruit.saferinsured.com ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

This Portal is provided solely for the purpose of pre-qualifying prospective insurance agent candidates who wish to be considered for an independent agency relationship with Safer Insured. It is not an employment application and does not constitute an offer of employment, contract, or agency agreement.

To use this Portal, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be located in Canada
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application

Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.

Completing and submitting the pre-qualification form does not guarantee an offer to join the Safer Insured agency network. Qualification through this Portal is an initial screening step only. All final decisions regarding agent appointments remain at the sole discretion of Safer Insured.

Insurance agency in Canada is a regulated activity. Any individual who joins the Safer Insured network as an agent will be required to hold a valid insurance agent licence issued by the applicable provincial regulator in their province of residence. Safer Insured does not guarantee licensure and is not responsible for any costs, fees, or outcomes associated with the licensing process.

You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted through this Portal is accurate, current, and complete. Safer Insured relies on the information you provide to assess your application and accepts no liability for decisions made based on inaccurate submissions.

All content on this Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Safer Insured and protected by applicable Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safer Insured shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Portal, including any reliance on information provided herein.

Your use of this Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Portal, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any commercial electronic messages sent by Safer Insured in connection with your application will comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw your consent to receive such messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting us at privacy@saferinsured.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
